Membership Terms & Conditions

These Membership Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your participation in our membership program (the “Program”). By enrolling in the Program, you agree to these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully.

1. Ways to Earn Points

• New Register Account / Existing Account:
  Upon registering a new account or for existing accounts, you will receive 200 points.
• Follow Us On Instagram:
  Click the ‘Follow Us On Instagram’ button to automatically earn 25 points. Points will be credited only once per member.
• Follow Us On Facebook:
  Click the ‘Follow Us On Facebook’ button to automatically earn 25 points. Points will be credited only once per member.
• Purchase product and earn points:
  Points will be awarded based on the total amount spent in an order. Points will only be credited to your account when the order status changes to “Completed.” You will earn 1 point for every RM1 spent.
• Birthday Month Voucher code:
  To receive the Birthday Month reward, you must fill in your birthday in your account information. Existing account holders will receive a notification to enter their birthday details in “My Account“. An automated email will be sent on the first day of your birthday month. You are eligible for the Birthday Month reward once per year. Changing your birthday intentionally will not allow you to redeem the reward in the same year. Please note that no points will be credited for birthday-related rewards, but you will receive a 10% discount voucher for your total cart when the minimum spend is RM120. This voucher is valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.

2. Voucher Milestone

• Voucher Milestone Start Date:
  Your milestone starts on the day of your “First Purchase” after the launch of the Membership program. This applies to both new and existing accounts. All accounts will only begin counting the “First Purchase” after the Date of the Membership system launch.
• Voucher Milestone validity:
  Milestones last for 1 year. After 1 year, all points and milestone statuses will be reset. If you accumulate 1200 points in the milestone, you will not receive additional voucher codes. However, in exceptional cases, if you continue to make purchases and accumulate more than 1200 points, we may extend your milestone, and in the future, we may open more voucher codes for such exceptional achievements.

4. General Provisions

• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or these Terms at any time without notice.
• Points and rewards have no cash value and may not be transferred.
• We may, in our sole discretion, terminate your membership for any reason, including but not limited to abuse of the Program or violation of these Terms.
• By participating in the Program, you consent to receive communications from us, including emails related to your membership.

Your continued participation in the Program constitutes your acceptance of these Terms.
