**What is Leebook Online Bookstore?**
Leebook Online Bookstore (www.leebook.com.my) is a virtual bookstore. It allows you to browse, search, and purchase books via the Internet. Leebook Online Bookstore offers a wide range of products such as magazines for students, children’s storybooks, workbooks, reference books, teaching aids, toys, and other educational items. You will find it safe and convenient to shop at Leebook Online Bookstore.
**How do I register as a Leebook member?**
1. Click the ‘Register’ tab at the top right side of the homepage.
2. Fill in your details as required.
3. Click ‘Send Registration’. After that, the system will automatically send a verification e-mail to your registered e-mail address.
4. Click on the provided link for e-mail verification to activate your account. Registration should now be complete. You may log in to www.leebook.com.my to enjoy your shopping.
**How do I update my account details?**
1. Log in to your account.
2. Click on the ‘My Account’ tab.
3. Change your details as required.
4. Click the ‘Save’ button to ensure your details are saved.
**What should I do if I forget my password?**
1. Click on the ‘forget your password’ tab at the top right side of the homepage.
2. Enter your registered email address.
3. Click ‘Submit’. A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you can choose a new password for your account.
**How do I locate a book?**
Key in the ISBN, book title, or any keyword and click the ‘Search’ button.
**I’m having problems ordering through your website. What should I do?**

**How do I place an order?**
1. Log in to your account. For new users, please register as a member first.
2. Browse the website.
3. Click on the product details by clicking the picture thumbnail.
4. Select the products you want by clicking the ‘Add to Cart’ button.
5. Click the Shopping Cart button on the top right side to check your selected products.
6. When you’ve finished shopping, click “Proceed to checkout”.
7. Check your billing and shipping information for accuracy.
8. Select the payment method.
9. Click ‘Place Order’ to submit your order. You can view the successfully placed order in your account, and you’ll also receive an email confirmation.
**Can I place my order over the telephone?**
We do not accept telephone orders. However, we accept orders via email and fax.
**What payment methods do you accept?**

**Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?**
Every credit card transaction is done in a secure environment. Credit Card Payment Gateway on our website uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) to secure your online transactions. You can see that the transaction is secure if you see a keylock in your web browser. We do not retain your credit card information after your order is complete.
**My credit card details are not accepted. What’s wrong?**
Please check with your bank or financial institution to rule out errors on their behalf. If the problem persists, please contact Customer Service for assistance.
**My computer hangs while processing payment. How will I know that my payment went through successfully?**
All successful transactions will receive a confirmation email. If you haven’t received your confirmation via email, please try placing your order again. Alternatively, contact Customer Service for assistance.
**Do prices displayed in Leebook include shipping charges?**
Prices displayed do not include shipping charges. Shipping charges are based on the total weight of the order and will be computed during checkout. Some items may include shipping charges in the price.
**How do I check my order status?**
We will update your order status during processing. After logging into your account, click on the ‘My Order’ tab to view the order status. We will also send status updates to your email.
**Can I cancel an order after I have confirmed it?**
Sorry, you can’t. However, exceptional cases will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
**What if I’ve submitted an order and some of the stocks are sold out?**
If any stock is sold out after payment has been made, you can choose to change to another product, keep the credit in your account for the next purchase, or request a refund.
**How long does delivery take?**
We strive to ensure products are available to you as fast as possible. After an order is confirmed and payments are received, it will normally be processed and shipped within 7-14 working days.
**How will the item be sent?**
We deliver via courier partners: Nationwide Courier (Peninsular) and Pos Malaysia Parcel (Sabah, Sarawak). You will be notified by SMS or email with the parcel consignment note number. Monthly magazines’ first delivery will be by courier, subsequent issues by normal mail.
**Can I collect my items at your office?**
Yes, after submitting your order, please call 03-6252 6434 to make an appointment for pickup.
**Do you provide international service?**
Sorry, we currently only ship within Malaysia.
**Can my items be delivered to P.O. Boxes?**
We do not deliver items to P.O. Boxes, except for certain types of magazines.
**My items haven’t arrived yet. What should I do?**
