What is Leebook Online Bookstore?

Leebook Online Bookstore (www.leebook.com.my) is a virtual bookstore. It allows you to browse, to search as well as to purchase books via the Internet.

Leebook Online Bookstore offers a wide range of products such as magazines for students, children’s storybooks, workbooks, reference books, teaching aids, toys and many other educational items.

You will find it safe and convenient to shop at Leebook Online Bookstore.

How do I register as a Leebook member?

Step 1: Click ‘Register’ tab at the top right side of the homepage.
Step 2: Fill in your details as required.
Step 3: Click 'Send Registration'. After that, the system will automatically send a verification e-mail to your registered e-mail address.
Step 4: Click on the provided link for e-mail verification to activate your account.

Registration should now be complete. You may login to www.leebook.com.my to enjoy your shopping.

3. How do I update my account details?

Step 1: Log in your account.
Step 2: Click on the ‘My Account’ tab.
Step 3: Change your details as required.
Step 4: Click the ‘Save’ button to ensure your details are saved.

What should I do if I forget my password?

Step 1: Click on the 'forget your password' tab at the top right side of the homepage.
Step 2: Key in your registered email address.
Step 3: Click 'Submit'.

A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password to your account.

5. How do I locate a book?

Key in the ISBN or book title or any keyword and click on the ‘Search’ button.

6. I'm having problems ordering through your website. What should I do?

7. How do I place an order?

Step 1: Log in your account. For new user, please register as a member first.
Step 2: Surf the website.
Step 3: Browse through the details of the products by clicking the picture thumbnail.
Step 4: Select the products of your choice by clicking on the ‘Add to Cart’ button.
Step 5: Click on Shopping Cart button on the top right side to check the products you have selected.
Step 6: When have finished shopping, click “Proceed to checkout”.
Step 7: Check your billings and shipping information to ensure everything is correct.
Step 8: Select the payment method.
Step 9: Click ‘Place Order’ to submit your order.

You can view the order which is successfully placed in your account. Besides that, the system will automatically send your order to your email inbox too.

8. Can I place my order over the telephone?
Sorry, we do not accept telephone orders. However, we accept order via email and fax.

10. Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
Every credit card transaction is done in a secure environment. Credit Card Payment Gateway in our website uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) to secure your online transactions. You can see that the transaction is secure if you see a keylock in your web browser. We do not retain your credit card information after your order is complete. Rather, it is submitted directly to our banks. You can rest assured that with each purchase your credit card or bank account information will be secured.
11. My credit card details are not accepted. What's wrong?
Please check with your bank or financial institution to rule out errors on their behalf. If problem continues to persist, please contact Customer Service who will notify the IT department of the technical difficulties.
12. My computer hangs while processing payment. How will I know that my payment went through successfully?
All successful transactions will receive a confirmation email. If you have not received your confirmation via email, please try placing your order again. Alternatively, please contact Customer Service (03-6252 6434) or email us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it to seek assistance.
13. Do prices displayed in Leebook include shipping charges?
Prices displayed are excluded from shipping charges. Shipping charges for orders placed on this site are based on the total weight of the order. Total shipping charges will be automatically computed during checkout.

However, some of the items are priced inclusive of shipping charges. For such items, no extra shipping charges will be added during checkout.

How do I check my order status?
We will update your order status during processing. After you’ve logged in your account, click on the ‘My Order’ tab. Under the order information, you will be able to view the order status. We will send status update to your email too. Alternatively, you can give us your order number and we'll check the order status for you.

Can I cancel an order after I have confirmed it?
Sorry, you can't. However, exceptional cases will be dealt with on a case-to-case basis.

What if I’ve submitted an order and some of the stocks are sold out?
If any stock is sold out after payment has been made, you can choose any of the options listed below:
1. Change to another product
2. Keep the credit in your account for the next purchase
3. Request for a refund

How long does delivery take?
We strive to ensure that all products are available to you as fast as possible. After an order is confirmed (with payments received), it will normally be processed and shipped within 7-14 working days.

How will the item be sent?
We deliver via our courier partners: Nationwide Courier (For Peninsular) and Pos Malaysia Parcel (For Sabah, Sarawak). Once the items are sent, we will notify you by SMS or email with the parcel consignment note number, so that you can easily trace the parcel.

For monthly magazines, the first delivery will be sent by courier service and subsequent issues will be delivered by normal mail on a monthly basis.

For weekly/ biweekly magazines, all issues will be delivered by normal mail. If you need the magazines urgently, you may request for them by courier service but you will have to pay an extra courier fee.

Can I collect my items at your office?
Yes, after you have submitted your order, please call 03-6252 6434 to make an appointment, so that we can get your items ready for you.

Do you provide international service?
Sorry, we are currently only shipping within Malaysia.

Can my items be delivered to P.O.Boxes?
We do not deliver items to P.O. Boxes. To ensure your items are received by the correct recipient, we will need to make sure that your items are signed for and received by someone.

However, for monthly/weekly/biweekly magazines which are delivered by normal mail, we do post them to P.O.Boxes.
